I transform my living experiences and perceptions into artworks. Real events, spectacles and atmosphere inspire my works that I shape freely into a mixture of imagination and my living memories. The pictural construction is deeply influenced by visual stimuli and moods I witness every day. Light effects, movements, lively periods, and shapes of nature inspire me. I am fascinated by the characteristics of permanence and change, the cyclicality of nature, time and timelessness, movement, and volatility. I create a pictorial contexture based on smaller or larger gestures and patches, but I am also interested in new media, the analysis of different layers and the space itself. In addition to the oil on canvas pictures I also create installations and objects as well.
